Mr. Chivite holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Science awarded by UPV/EHU (Basque Country University) with a major in the Finance area.

Mr. Chivite provides counselling on the planning of all kinds of business group transactions and on their restructuring, as well as on family businesses and on family office. Besides he has a large experience on tax procedures, including tax audits and appeals filed with the Tax Administration.

Mr. Chivite collaborates on an on-going basis as a speaker in seminars addressed to professionals, in post-graduate degrees, and he is a trainer of several specialized training centers of professionals in the sector.

At present Mr. Chivite is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales-AEDAF), the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants (Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas), the Spanish Register of Auditors (Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas), and the Professional Association of Economists (Colegio de Economistas).

Mr. Chivite is Assistant Tax Inspector of the Spanish National Treasury and the Bizkaia Treasury (Hacienda Foral de Bizkaia), although he is currently on a leave of absence, thus having a deep and first-hand knowledge of the Tax Administration administrative machinery.

Prior to becoming a co-founder of SBAL Mr. Chivite rendered his professional services to multinational tax consultancies.

At present Mr. Fandiño is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales-AEDAF), the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants (Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas), the Spanish Register of Auditors (Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas), and the Professional Association of Economists (Colegio de Economistas).

Prior to becoming a co-founder of SBAL Mr. Fandiño rendered his professional services to financial entities and multinational tax consultancies, and at present he is member of the Board of Directors of several financial companies.

At present Mr. González is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales-AEDAF), and the Spanish Register of Auditors (Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas).

Mr. González has a large work experience in several firms specialized in the rendering of consulting and advisory services, and he collaborates as member of the Board of Directors of several companies engaged in different activity sectors.
