Our counselling services are rendered on the basis of the strictest Deontology codes and rules in order to guarantee the strictest confidentiality of any information that may come to our knowledge as well as the independence of our criteria.

Technical rigor

On the basis of a deep knowledge of our clients, of paramount importance to be able to give an opinion leading to an effective counselling, the methodology used by SBAL guarantees the cross-checking and verification of criteria as well as the supervision of any work done.

Working team

Any kind of work entrusted to us is immediately assigned a partner who acts as the team leader and is accountable for the coordination of the different team members. The existence of a working team, together with the way it is organized, makes it possible to:

Promptness in replying does not necessarily impair the technical rigor of the reply, but this commitment requires an important deployment of both human and material resources. SBAL will fully implement all planning and recommendations made. Furthermore, SBAL will accompany its clients through all kinds of meetings, will prepare the relevant documentation, and by being personally present will supervise the conclusion/signature of all the business transactions they take part in.
