Feeds refer to all that information that is frequently updated. Feeds offer updated summaries of the web content, including a link to the summarized information contained in them. When you subscribe to a feed (by means of a software called “feed-reader”, or even using a navigator since nowadays most of them offer this possibility) the updated content of the web is made immediately available to you. RSS (i.e. Really Simple Syndication) is the most universal of all the existing feeds.
If you wish to subscribe to SBAL feeds (and any other feed like blogs, newspapers, ...) you must have a feed-reader or news-aggregator. This software will search the content updatings of the webs you are subscribed to.
There is a large number of feed-readers, some of them totally free, though most of the traditional navigators (e.g. Mozila/Firefoxcan versions higher than 1.5. and Internet Explorer 7) also use RSS.
Below you will find several options available, some of them unloadable, which means that if you wish to operate them they must be previously installed in your computer, PDA or smartphone, while others are on the web and therefore require no installation but just registration, and then you can access it every time you wish to look at the updatings.
